  • We’re looking for fitness franchise candidates who are passionate about health, business-minded, and committed to building community. While no prior fitness experience is needed, strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a drive for success are must-haves. If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to grow a thriving fitness business, we’ll provide a proven support system to help you succeed.
  • No, it's a flexible and remote opportunity. While many Extraordinary Brands partners choose to live near their fitness location to engage with the community, it’s not a requirement. Our proven systems and support make it possible to manage your business effectively, no matter where you’re located.
  • Although we don’t provide direct financing, our team is committed to guiding you toward the best financing solutions for your franchise. Options include SBA loans, HELOCs, ROBS, third-party lenders, and franchise-focused financing programs. We’ll connect you with our preferred lending partner to simplify the process and offer support in strengthening your loan application. Our goal is to make securing financing as seamless as possible.
  • Initially, we require a financial qualification form to be filled out. As we progress through the process of awarding a franchise, a lending source is identified, and we request the candidate complete the funding pre-approval process.
  • We offer comprehensive training, operational support, and marketing assistance to empower partners for success. This includes multi-day training, ongoing coaching, strategic marketing plans, and access to cutting-edge technology like integrated POS and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance member experiences.
  • We provide exceptional sales and training support to ensure franchise partners success from pre-sale through their grand opening and beyond. This includes a dedicated business coach, immersive training for partners and staff, and access to an advanced learning management system for ongoing development. New partners also attend a three-day franchise partner Training Session to gain expert knowledge on the business model, marketing strategies, and sustainable growth.

Generally, this investment range can span from approximately $89,000 to $630,000*. Factors such as location, build-out costs, equipment, and franchise fees contribute to these varying costs.   • Yes, partners can choose their own locations, provided they meet our standards for visibility, demographics, and accessibility. Our real estate team offers support through market analysis, site approval, and lease negotiation to help you secure a location that maximizes your business potential.
  • Selected locations must meet our detailed criteria, including strong visibility, convenient accessibility, and alignment with target demographics. Additionally, sites must comply with specific requirements for square footage, layout, and zoning to reflect our brand’s high standards.
  • We recommend high-visibility locations with substantial foot traffic and easy access. Ideal spaces range from 1,400 to 3,000 sq. ft., preferably near retail centers, residential areas, or business hubs. Our team offers expert guidance to help partners secure the perfect location for success.
